Jeff being ok and improving and Britta realizing that she isn't always right and that maybe people can trust Jeff and that he has changed even a little bit by this point despite his persona of apathy especially because this is season 3 and the study group has known him for multiple semesters at this point.
Nah it's a well known thing that therapy can absolutely reinforce narcissistic behaviours. Look at how much therapist language is overused by people who just want excuses to not communicate on the same level as their peers. Therapy and medication can be good, or it can just encourage narcissism and a victim complex.
