I love you PG for your work and content.

I read Traction a few years ago and it was an insightful book for creating foundational systems for my team which was just being built then.
Now, having settled more into the role, this summary highlighted key solutions for problems I’m actively facing now. So, thank you. While I read the book before, some solutions didn’t jump out then as they do now because they weren’t relatable at the time. This was indeed, very insightful and very helpful!

I‘m sorry if I’m missing something but I feel like all these business-system books are saying the same things. It’s The 4 Disciplines of Execution and The 12-Week Year all over again. I find that kinda boring.

You’re not wrong. I’m 54, a book nerd whose probably easily spent over $3,000 on business books, I’ve been in in management since my late 20s and even owned and ran a success agency for eight years. After awhile all these books are, fundamentally, the same. End of the day I found just trusting your guy and having a few close mentors, sort of ‘phone a friend’ when you have questions, was many fold more valuable than any and all these business books. The stuff being covered here is as ran chaff even with some of the same stories in books in the 80s.

@@jmm1817 yes sir, I am on the final stage to launch my ice cream business here in New Delhi India. Would have shared my website here but my team is making few changes on it. I have recently finished reading E Myth Revisited by Michael Gilbert which gave me some good insights. I am an avid reader and have been reading business books from school days. I have a mentor that guides me on decisions that I i take. If you think all business books are same at some point, how would I increase my knowledge then? Waiting for your suggestions.
