Conley is the unsung hero here, they arent even scratching the WCF without Mike. His impact on this team is so obvious beyond stats. He is guiding these young talents and doing such a great job.

I like this kid don't shrink when his shot is not going. Not everyone has that confidence. His defensive effort and his leadership keeps his team going. He is still young so he will learn how to deal with double team eventually. He will get there.

Everyone talking down about Ant because of the media is high on him right now but “The Face of the NBA” talk has been thrust on him. He didn’t ask to be the focus, he is just a charismatic guy who plays exciting basketball on both sides of the ball. He doesn’t go out every game and score 30+ but he also doesn’t give up until the game is over. He’s getting the attention through his personality while also being a great young player. Not many other young players are as fun to watch and pretty much none of the others have as big of a personality that Ant does and that is why he has been focused on as the next “Face of the NBA”.

@@marcioantunes5404 That's what they call him. I think it's partially that but also that he's a big 3 point threat. They both play at their own pace. Luka is a phenomenal passer while Bird had a better 3 point percentage. There are definitely some things comparable.

I just want to take a moment to appreciate Tim Legler…one of the most thoughtful NBA voices, love his analysis.
I believe the series against the Wolves depleted the Nuggets mentally. They put so much into just getting back into the series. There is a reason repeats are so difficult and it primarily comes down to not succumbing to mental exhaustion.

Ant played like the kid he is. He was off offensively and even defensively. I still like the resilience though. He was instrumental to the comeback in the third.
He was phenomenal defensively in that second half
He plays as a decoy because nunggets trap him the whole game, and still makes an impact by making the right play and trust his teammates to take the shot for him. And his defense was great on the 2nd half and really locked murray’s offense for the remaining of the game 7.

Not gonna lie, The media been trying to position Anthony edwards as the next superstar to lead the NBA like Lebron/Curry, Kobe/Shaq, MJ, and Magic/Bird/Kareem. I don’t disagree that he’s great and he has the personality but this all feels very manufactured because they’ve been on this wave since the start of the season even when his team messes up they have nothing bad to say about Anthony Edwards. This is the polar opposite of how they report on every other superstar in the league.

And they only looked good the first half because of Murray scoring which he didn't do in the second half. The nuggets don't look the same as they did last year. Ant did a bit better in the second half but naz and kat bailed him out offensively. This was not ants win. Tatum gets flamed for choking against good teams and bad teams win or lose but Ant is always bailed out for some reason. I should also note that there are other stars that get bailed out by the media and other stars that get villifed by the media, so my point on the inconsistent reporting still stands.

The media is so unfair to ANT’s teammates. When ANT has a bad game offensively they ignore that and praise his defense as if that’s the major reason why they won. But when they lose the blame is always on his teammates. It’s crazy how much the media is trying to hype up this kid, who’s never had any MVP votes, to be the best player in the league.

The Tatum disrespect continues. No one in the NBA gets criticized more than him since he lost in the NBA finals. Tatum was doing these kinds of things two seasons ago en route to the Finals but he was clearly hobbled and injured against Golden State and he was only 24 yet no one gave him a pass. And when the Celtics win the chip this year, he'll have the strongest playoff resume by far amongst all of the other young superstars in the NBA.
