'Purple Rain'
live at Stadion Feijenoord - Rotterdam, NL
03 June 1990
Over the years Prince has been featured in many a news broadcast. Usually the tv networks only showed snippets of concert footage, with other networks showing slightly different footage from those same concerts. Our goal with our 'fan edits' is to compile all these snippets and create a video that's as complete as possible.
The main body of this video comes from a Japanese tv broadcast and the MTV Europe broadcasts of 'Purple Rain' segments. The gaps were filled by using an audience shot bootleg dvd from that same day, along with some June 3rd, 1990 photography.
All rights belong to their respective owners, the footage is used here to preserve a piece of pop cultural history. Please contact us if you want this video removed and we'll comply immediately.

@@CrucialChannel I drove for a bus company called wharfedale based in leeds we had 6 buses on that tour starting June 6th ending July 15

Agreed! One could even measure how much Prince himself was into a concert by the way Purple Rain was performed. The more passionate the song, the better the concert.
