Class 1, however probably unbranded import with a “made up” label by someone who has looked up the most common symbols in use in Europe. This potentially brings in to doubt the validity of the CE marking and any other information supplied therewith. With a branded lamp this could be taken up with the manufacturer or importer for clarification.
