Class 1, however probably unbranded import with a “made up” label by someone who has looked up the most common symbols in use in Europe. This potentially brings in to doubt the validity of the CE marking and any other information supplied therewith. With a branded lamp this could be taken up with the manufacturer or importer for clarification. I have come across this before and have used a permanent marker to cross through the incorrect information.

Guess these days its easy for some far flung manufacturer to put any label on and get away with it. Imported goods, especially electrical items that seem a bit different or unusual such as pocket car battery jump start boosters etc and this kind of fancy lamp with the see through cable, always best to be wary as to the safety of any of them.
