Hello, Richie. Thanks for your visit and your comment. And YES, absolutely. This mod can be installed in any 3-Single Coils pickups guitar. BUT before proceeding, please, take into account that you will have to split the ground connection contact of each pickup. That's a delicate work. You will also need an investment in the Fender S-1 pot/switch and in the Super-switch selector. Please, before making any decision read the PDF file provided in the description to know where you are getting in. In you just want the typical Bridge/Neck combination and you don't mind the series sounds, then you'd better use the Gilmour mod. For that mod you only need a switch. If you want to keep the aesthetics of the guitar (and your guitar deserves it, really), you can use a Fender S-1 pot/switch for the volume and you'll get a Gilmour mod without altering the aesthetics. If you decide to go on with this mod, please feel free to ask me any doubt. HI Carlos, I think You are Ph.D of guitar mod 😄. I have made PTB G&L System mod on my cheap strat and also added gilmour style mod. But i am not satisfied yet, i want to add series bridge and mid mod for get some similliar humbucker sound. I am still looking for how to cover it with just add extra 3 ways DPDT on off on switch or on on on switch perhaps.
Hi again, Andrew. It's easy to have all three pickups working in series (Brian May's guitar works in that way). The real challange (for me) was to have parallel and series sounds in the same guitar. Muy buen video, miro que existe la configuración de Dan Armstrong poner en serie la pastilla del neck/medio y bridge/medio , y me gustaría agregar también neck/bridge en serie , con un potenciometro push/pull , me podría ayudar con esta configuración 😊

@@sologuitarra hola de nuevo. Nunca he cableado la modificación de Dan Armstrong, puesto que me parecía demasiado compleja de manejar. Pero esa modificación sí que incluye la combinación en serie de las pastillas del puente y el mástil.
