If you're new to Thailand which you obviously are, be careful on motor scooters out there they are a whole different breed of riders lights & traffic direction mean nothing to them, you'll find that out very quickly, if your mate has never been on bikes before he needs to be extra careful many many deaths out there. Always wear a crash helmet even on the back of a motorbike taxi, if they don't offer you one pick another one who will give you a helmet there are plenty about. No helmet YOU WILL BE TARGETED BY COPS FOR SURE! Enjoy your time out there 👍
