I do appreciate that he expained the importance of methylation, I learned alot about it from Dr Ben Lynch. His info validated why I felt better with certain supplements. Good luck to you all big farma has made it a maze for Drs and patients alike.

Appreciate the simplification of the methylation cycle priorities. Totally changes how I interpret my OAT tests. Also appreciate the nod to NAC and explaining why it's good to incorporate it in a regimen.

Dr Kalish your presentations are so very informative... I want to thank you for your time and knowledge.
What I found most interesting this time is minimum amounts of 3 grams of glutathione is produced each day ... really brought to light the need for me to push my NAC supplementation higher (been struggling to push it higher due to the mucolytic action of NAC on my gastritis from a stubborn h pylori infection)

It’s so complex and almost impossible to get all these tests
Where can we get a comprehensive test to really find out what our body needs

Its amazing how many body systems need real vit A (Retinol), food sourced vit.C, and copper none if which was mentioned . I binge watch Morley Robbins and his RCP.

Can we use NAC when we have gadolinium poison?
