its 4:34am and ive just had to cut my morning run short because i just found a bat on the ground curled up next to the road so i put it in a tree thinking that it was just stuck.. its now in a shoe box. me and my new friend are waiting for the national bat helpline to open and are looking around youtube to see if there is anything more that needs to be done..... ive never being so scared of a squeek in all my life.
Hey a little bat flew into my flat .. my windows was open a tiny bit an it managed to get in my flat an my cats went mental.. I picked it up an put it out on my window ledge an it's just sitting there not doing anything .. it's about 10 cm's.. made me wonder why a bat wud want to get inside? An it's dark out
Bats don't tick they click!!!! My cats keep bringing in small black bats. I have managed to get them away from the cats and I've always put them back were they normal are seen coming from.
Found a bat in our house a few days ago (think it's a brown long eared) it appears healthy but doesn't seem able to fly away just wants to hang upside down and sleep. I have bought some live mealworms and woke it twice to feed but so far has only eaten 2/3 mealworms.
