Honestly it may be a while I literally just sent it out because my ball dentent came of head of ratchet . Idk how but there was nothing wrong with it was still strong n good and worked fine just couldn’t keep a damn socket on the thing and my rep said he had to send it because he couldn’t put a detent in it

Same issue, literally just sent mine out for repair. I’ve had it over a year and beat the hell out of it lol
