A special thanks to the listing agent Jenny Dong for allowing us in to this spectacular unit.

Your presentation skills are excellent.
Thank you!
A house like this certainly makes it easy!
Is it just me or does the price seem "reasonable" for something like this in Toronto?
It’s gorgeous! I live in Toronto I dint even know they had this!!!!! But it is so gorgeous! And I would think it would be more! But I am happy it’s that price. But like it’s so high up! Oml
Honestly would rather own this than a private house in the country. The idea of living on a bridge is just awesome. And there's no neighbours above or below to disturb you.
The kitchen is quite small for the size of that place
Pretty Spectacular !
Not that much privacy but this probably one of the best condo listing in the ciry
Absolutey NOTHING private about that balcony 🤣
I JUST ❤ IT AND IT'S SO 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
2 yrs late in leaving a comment. However, I only just saw this video. Love it would move from Australia to Canada in a heartbeat if I had the cash. Would want the furniture included. And yes, you're right it needs a television. I'm thinking 85 inches.
Great review. It's a great video looking forward to more. ( Definitely subscribing )
Kind regards Rikki
I had a showing at this penthouse when I was looking to buy and I feel it has 3 major flaws
3: those pilers in the living room obstruct view and look out of place
2: the 3 bedrooms are on 3 different floors instead of all 3 on one floor making the layout feel odd
1: and the biggest reason I didn't go with this penthouse is although the terrace is amazing, its not private people living at the two buildings on the side can see everything on it unlike the penthouses on 1 market st. or 180 university ave.
i love it 😍😍
Thought the sky bridge interior would be larger actually, based on the outside appearance
This suite occupies half of the bridge length. There is a second unit on the other half that has already been sold!
@@listingsto ah ok, makes sense
the unit is also on top, the floor below is a walkway to the other building I believe
I like the garbage bin full of dead fiddle fig leaves in the powder room 😂 If that plant can't survive in a space with all those windows, there's truly no hope for them!
If I win the lottery I will convince my parents to buy this! But it only has 3 bedroom…I am very surprised
But I want the master! It’s so beautiful! Uhhhmm question, does it come with the furniture? I am not surprised if it doesn’t. I don’t really like how the bathroom HAS SO MANY WINDOWS! But we would instal drapes. Like my fancy words lol I never say that.
Furniture and art can also be included as part of the sale if desired
@@listingsto thank you! Love your vids
good video, but was bridge originally used for something else and then decided to covert it into a condo? layout is different and for that price tag it might take a particular buyer with certain taste to buy it cause of the layout
Yes! It was originally common space for building residents, but was not getting much use so was converted into a spectacular unit
This isn't bad - the Maintence fee is only $1,879.25 which means the building is well taken care of by the board ... which is about $2.2/sq not bad
No - the maintenance fee is $0.5 / sq foot. $2000 maintenance, and 4000 sq feet
what's the asking price in U.S. Dollars?
Don’t look too safe…
4k sq ft, yet it feels so small. The kitchen looks tiny...weird.
Stupid beams are in the way of those gorgeous views. It's like a townhouse. The amount of money you would need to make that terrace private. Not impressed.
Video quality sucks
One advise: talk a little less and let people feel the home
