To me there were so many obvious tributes to the look, the aura, the feel of James Arness' character Matt Dillion of Gunsmoke. Of course you need to be old enough to remember that show. lol (Jon Hamm as Sheriff Roy Tillman)
I am excited. Its been a long wait. In the top twenty of my most favorite series ever. I try to catch it when it starts because if not I will binge watch it at once and I feel like i've been robbed. I love the excitement of waiting for the next and let each episode marinate in between. Ha ha. You know. Anyway This should be great because I love john Hamm and I think he will deliver. Will it be as epic as Billy Bob? Probably never but...
i'm starting to think you worked on this. change is good, strong female leads are good, greedy sociopath men as antagonists can be good. but this lifeless, lazy, flat BS that masks as 'art' is just a money grab from business men who'll just go wherever the wind blows@@henrydavel1440
Oh on... They killed any excitement at the mention of "toxic masculinity." If they really are making that their main focus in this season, it will mean the weakest yet, and they really needed a win after season 4...
When you think about it, Fargo has always been PC. They're talking about female empowerment toxic masculinity and that's what 1996 Fargo has. Don't focus on what they're saying. Just watch the damn show lol. You're going to love it.
@@SomethingSomethingg When you think about it you also notice a lot of politically incorrect subtext subverting the narrative in Fargo in ways the politically correct don't want to think about.
Zoned out after " toxic masculinity and female empowerment". Cant we just make stories without any political agendas? S1 and S2 are so freaking good, just get back to that.
Don't pay attention to them. Producers have to say this crap to appease the lefties. Just give it a chance because I'm telling you it is probably even better than Season 2. And quite frankly Fargo has always had female empowerment and toxic masculinity all the way back from the movie so this isn't anything new.
Just watched the first 2 episodes and they were phenomenal.....a brilliant return to form ...20 mins in in the first episode and I was hooked ....
Watched it on what?
So far it looks like they're going to try and out-woke Season 4, which will make Season 5 the worst Fargo yet.
@@JakeKoenig I disagree. It looks like the best season yet. Also, what's "woke" about Season 4 and 5?
What do you mean return? Why is S4 looked down on so bad

already major hooked, is going to be brilliant, thank you!!
If she's so well versed on guns wouldn't she know about permit/waiting periods
That’s state to state. There is no waiting period in my state
She’s from North Dakota and buying guns in Minnesota, rules may vary
I inexplicably didn't know that Juno Temple was gonna be in this until starting the first episode and I said out loud "Keeley Jones!?"

Fargo + Home Alone? Fun! :D
It appears to be a female adult rendition of "HOME ALONE" designed to resonate with those advocating for empowerment, eliciting cheers and excitement.
Nailed it
First 😊 and early.
Looking forward to seeing this. Love this series. Although I still haven't seen season 4...
Don't bother with 4...woke.
Bueno
Muito bom
Season 4 was bad and didn’t feel like the same show, same with season 5 by the look. Is there a new team behind it?
It’s an anthology, it’s always gonna change.

@@henrydavel1440that’s not what they’re saying. It’s tone, theme and feel. Season 4 regardless of what it looks like did not feel like Fargo.

Loaded with pr*paganda.
this era has to go down as the most unoriginal and bland ever. can‘t make quality material if you‘re so scared of not being PC enough
Too early to judge or cry about it, buddy.
The Coen Brothers have never done anything that was politically correct to my knowledge.

Same. Pretty cinematography and sets cannot overpower the dull droning of "the message."
Wasn’t done as heavy handed as other shows at least
its the same show as all of them,,,killing, vilolence,,,more killing more violence...except a 33 yr old who looks 50..
Why are you even bothering to watch this if you arent a fan of violent media lol wtf do you expect?
It's not even that violent though. The charm of Fargo is the dark humor, the folksiness of the Minnesotan culture, and the truly suspenseful scenes.
God I Hope this doesn't turn into a Diverisity Horror Show Like Everything Else These Days
