I got my first lich before knowing they were even a thing, though it was part of a quest or something and kept searching the web for who tf austin stug was and what his role in the lore was 😂😂
DO NOT ABORT THE MISSION. The weapon is removed from the loot pool if you extract without taking it, but if you abort mission you still have a chance of getting that weapon. In other words, by aborting instead of extracting, you are choosing a 1 in 19 chance of getting what you want instead of a 1 in 18 chance. This ratio keeps getting worse the longer you try for the weapon you want, and while the weapon you want at the absolute worst appears after 19 times if you extract as by then you have a 1 in 1 chance, if you abort the chance after 19 runs is still a 1 in 19 chance. Always extract NEVER abort.
I'm glad i scrolled down for this. @deluded2630 I did some research to verify this. Aborting does keep the pool of 19. finishing the mission reduces the pool to help you aim for the weapon you want.
@@deluded2630 makes no sense since aborting in another words means "that never existed". Hence, the game cannot remove from the drop pool if the mission did not exist in the first place. I'm used to extracting over aborting due to the extra loot, specially Orokin cells that Saturn gives. And as far as can remember, I've never seen any wep. appearing twice in the same Kuva Lich cycle. My personal experience can fully endorse what OP's saying.
Imagine trying to get your weapon from 28 to 30 so you boot up a random mission for xp when you do an excution on a particular enemy with no idea what liches are and how they work
Spending whole day trying to get split chamber mod on Tethys ended up with lots of orokin cell and random encounters with kuva lich. Now i feel like making a massive mistake
Don't do this and just stab the Lich all willy nilly and rank it up. Just wait till you know the mods and try it. You can just down them 3 times then they leave the missions.
@@simonbelmont1539not really, speaking from experience, you want to stab the lich as soon as it appear BUT you also want to equip a requiem mod in your parazon ANY requiem mod beforehand, just in case in a very low chance it is the correct one, “why?” you might ask, cause it doesnt matter if the first word/mod is revealed cause you dont even know the correct order, might as well stab it with a random requiem equipped WHILE no mods are revealed yet
@@kaarukun1651 I would say that's probably best practice but probably out of the purview for this series. I will admit, I have only watched the few most recent ones and am plenty experienced. For newer players, it might be difficult or at least slow to deal with the risk of the Lich speeding their way to Sedna. Obviously if you're well equipped, it's not gonna be an issue even if they manage to get to the Fortress. But if you're a newer player, you probably want to either let them escape /or/ rush them until they get to the point where you know your build/skills starts to plateau (at the time) and then let them escape.
This is the best explanation I have found on RUclips. I’m all over the shop on Warframe and almost every content creator I watch does very expensive builds, even if it’s intended for beginners/lower level players. They normally rush explanations and just expect you to follow along. This video was 10/10 from start to finish and even showed me how to math with weapons and the % it has. Great video for new players. A couple of more tips, you do not need to destroy the Kuva siphon to get your requiem relic, just complete the mission. its a 30% drop chance on the non flood missions. Always extract after rejecting a weapon as it will remove this weapon off the drop table making it quicker to get the weapon you want.
"just stab" them is not the best advice for a beginner. They may get lucky and get it right but 9 times out of 10 they're going to end up with a lich stronger than they can handle. gotta remember the lich is not the only thing that levels up. so do the enemies in the mission. Nothings more frustration for a beginner than being swamped with level 100 eximus units while trying to hit a teleporting lich or his kronies. Best to do it the longer way and keep the lich low level for a first attempt. Once you get the hang of it then stab away. lol
I spawned one by accident, didnt even know what it was. Now sounds like it will take 2 months to get rid of it. At least it hasnt moved from Terra, so whatever.
Your not the only one who did it by accident i did once the kuva lich pogg fakk (no joke about the name) but thankfully managed to vanquish pogg fakk before they drove me to madness

Do not do confrontations in public, so many trolls in public lobbies that love to leave the squad right at the end causing everyone in the party to not receive their weapons/rewards. Its so frustrating

Liches and Sisters both have ups and downs when it comes to the grind. On one hand its much faster to spawn a lich and skip to the next one for a different weapon cause you dont have to do any granum void BS but at the same time murmurs are much less annoying for sisters
Definitely helped me without a shadow of a doubt my first kuva lich almost drove me to madness (my friends laughed at my kuva lich's name which was pogg fakk)
I had heard about these but didn’t do much research but I found one on accident and it was a kuva nukor which I heard was good so I grabbed it but sadly I was gauss which I don’t know what the best status is but I’ve heard impact is bad in general so kinda sad. Hopefully I can get it with out to much trouble though. I’m pretty early though
I've done ALL quest I just spent 20min getting alot of Requims all were mermur But when I look at my parazon I don't even have Requims as at option above my mods My only 1 mod for parazon is intruder What am i missing?
The mods only get consumed once after the Lich is forced to retire to Railjack, each has 3 uses until they become defiled, which makes them unusable except for transmog.
Can I just ignore him once he has fled to the railjack systems at least? I have no idea how I got him to spawn and just recently got back to the game after several years, so I just want to get rid of him so he stops stealing my stuff.
Let's just say i accidentally activating Kuva Lich system, and in the end we have to chase it on Rail Jack. Could my "never used" rail jack finished the game or should i level it up?
There is a story quest where you will use both your railjack and nekramech you don't need them to be perfect but the quest will be easier if you've sorted them out

Helminth system. You feed it warframes so it can put that WF ability to another WF. DO NOT SELL YOU OLD WARFRAMES. If so You have re farm them to be fed into the helminth system

Man mine leveled up all the way to 5. I kept guessing the code wrong. This definitely felt easier than sisters though, i might do them more often
With the Kuva Siphon, you can also Operator-Dash through the cloud and also dah through the Guards to make them vulnerable
I made a mistake of turning the kuva lich. I didn't know what it was and just follow the markers.

Oull can only be equiped once.

You won't use Necramechs for Lich hunting, you can't summon it on normal missions.
I finished the mission and got the email showing the weapon but it's not in the foundry to collect? Are they now MR locked

Unless you want him to steal your stuff in Saturn, I'd say to not let them be, especially if it's a weapon with a very high element percentage.

It will only spawn on Earth at Level 1, so you have attempted to Mercy your Lich. Now it is Level 2

Only if you convert them, you can use them as Railjack fodder but you lose access to their weapon.
