    1) Use a single model balloon
    2) Use a balloon pump for easy inflation
    3) Inflate your balloon to approximately three quarters of its full size
    4) This allows the balloon space for the air to go when you are twisting it.
    5) Use your thumb to measure your first twist
    6) Turn the balloon to twist
    7) Keep your thumb and finger together to keep the twist in place
    8) Now measure the next twist with your thumb not forgetting to hold the first twist in place
    9) Repeat as shown here and then lock it all into place
    10) Excellent Work!!!!
    11) Don't worry you can always replay the video and pause if required
    12) Now use your thumb to measure the neck.
