Here's a tip: choose small car parts bc it helps you get more faster but if your car is big your gonna be slower than others

Those would be some amazing additions. They bring back so much nostalgia of playing mario kart on the wii.
It’s datamined that koopa cape will be in wave 5 and Wii rainbow road in wave 6.

As I don't have the switch as yet and MK8 Deluxe, I wonder, at 12:45, I see a button for "Online" play, but it's showing 2 persons.
On the WiU MK8, there are 2 options for online play. One person or two (at the console).
So if I have a console and not a 2nd person with me, can I not play on line with others, just me and not a split screen?

However, I never play split screen.
I prefer single, full screen.
And yes, I did end up buying a Switch OLED (white/black one) as well as Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and the bonus bundle.
I had held off for years buying one, because I didn't think that I'd like the fact that it's a hand held.
But as it turns out, I love the portability of it and the display is amazing!
I've ordered a 2nd dock so I can just take it to the patio and connect it to the TV there, without having to disconnect the main dock.

First, sorry that this got to long-winded. LOL
If you mean MK8 Deluxe for the Switch... I say yes.
It's going to be a few years before Nintendo brings down the servers.
As far as I can see from the official Nintendo site, they still make and sell several versions on the Switch, so as long as they are making them and for some years after, they'll keep the servers running.
I'm not worried.
I know that there's talk of a "Switch 2" (not official yet as far as I can see) but we don't know anything (or much) about it.
However, those "in the know" are certain that it would be backwards compatible with current Switch games and that makes sense.
It would be a disaster to bring out a "better" version of a Switch and then expect people to buy all new games, which wouldn't even be available as yet.
So nope, I'm not worried about the servers at all.
And I can tell you, even though I was pissed that the Wii-U, MK8 went off line with no indication when or if it will return, deciding to just buy the new Switch OLED, MK8 deluxe, Online account and the 48 track bundle, was worth it.
It's got so much more than the Wii-U version.
Mind you, there are some "things" that I find annoying and t I'm not sure are bugs or just how it's made.
I like to always use the same setup, Character, Kart, Wheels, kite for consistency in game play.
However, I do notice that sometimes, very randomly, the kart gets very difficult to control. It slides all over the place like its on wet ice. During play at those times, everyone is flying all over the place.
I SUSPECT that those courses are forced into 200cc mode, because I went into local play and tested some of those courses in 100cc, 150cc and 200cc. Sure enough, in 200cc mode, the kart is harder to control. Much harder. So I think that's the issue.
But as time goes on, it'll get easier to control.
So worth it? For me, that's a big yes!

for sharing ur thoughts with me bout this I just ordered the game too👍I was being a Lil investigative cuz the game was expensive compared to others but after hearing and seeing things about the game am sure it's all worth it..nyways cheers mate.
Still fun game
MK Circuit 3 highlights the problem with the games these days. In the original game it was really difficult to navigate around corners. You needed to concentrate and develop the skill. Here, it's become so easy I could do it with my eyes closed and still win. Not paying for that
