Big Changes for Cardano's DJED Stablecoin! Lower Fees, Staking, and New Payment Options!

- DJED is pegged to USD, backed by the base coin ADA, which is an independent asset, and uses SHEN as its reserve coin. In a case where the reserve ratio drops below 400%, the platform will prevent the burning of SHEN, and the minting of new DJED (since there is not enough collateral in the reserve). In the case that the ratio goes over 800%, users will not be able to mint any more SHEN, however, they will still be able to mint and burn DJED. In any scenario, DJED is always redeemable.

Im starting to think that usdc usdt supporters are actually mostly bots or glowies because alot of them havent really made comments other then wanting to hate on Charles but also want usdt/dc.
Or they're just parrots. Let's not confuse the ability to speak with the ability to reason.
If you're not into Djed, go with usdm, or with the coming usda. Usdc is for the Solana way, fast and risky growth above everything.

I dont understand why a Djed , built to provide profit for the entity that mints it, needs to seek money from the community?
@DappCentral, to prevent confusion between "Djed powered by COTI" (which is just one of many djed-based stablecoins in the Djed Alliance), the Djed Alliance and The Stable Order, it would be a good idea to add the links of the Djed Alliance in the description of the video.
Just sell all ur ada and buy kaspa if u want more gains.
Djed isn't even getting it's MiCa approval for Europe. It's a flaw in their making. No idea what half the world would need djed for if it's not usable

We need a portfolio of highly liquid stablecoins, including usdc. If usdc depegs, we need djed, usdm, usda, myusd, and whatever for people to exit to. Don’t put all our eggs into one stablecoin like Solana and Ethereum. When shit hits the fan, they are going to have a very bad day.
USDC is pretty much Solana. Cardano is Djed and USDm.
That is if you care for the spirit of the chain.
Circle will freeze your assets whenever it feels appropriate. If they added the let's mint how much we want, they'd be exactly like the legacy system and why crypto started.
@ceeap3680 It's because cardano is slow to upgrade, doesn't have any VC or marketing, as they're focused on the Tech, rather than price.
The good news is it isn't Solana, so everything you see on Cardano is an organic ecosystem because created. An entire new Eth, but done right.
Looks like Cardano is going to miss this bullrun, way to slow to implement meaningful liquidity.
