A small request: when the audience is being introduced to someone new like nazarul Hasan, or for that matter any upcoming talent topic book etc. it would be beneficial to add a picture pop up on screen sharing their work or just a visual. Do check out how film companion does it. I feel this way it allows people get to know more , maybe identify the person or works as a prompt for them to google them

The scarcity of writers? THAT'S BULLSHIT!!!!! NO! There are brilliant writers. The problem is production houses, lack of technical sound team and directors. I know personally, how Badshah Begum was ruined by the director.

many dramas which have been hit were taken from novels written by writers which has enjoyed certain popularity. as a reader it hurts to see unsuitable cast in those dramas; poor acting skills etc [fantasy is shattered watching these dramas]. no new writers are being trusted by the channels / producers. channels need to take risk and produce dramas based on some new concpets; saas-bahu, unloyal spouse; barbad ashiq they are outdated now. our society is stratified; labour class will always go for roona dhona drama; just being closed to their lives, (only money will source happiness mindset). TV is the only entertainment for them; if there are new ideas ; may be source of education cum entertainment in short term future improving their taste in arts
Indian tv was never behind and still isn't ,while I am fan of zahid ahmed don't agree to it and would like contradict here.. In 90s and 2000 we had very good tv content in hindi now, also we do in different regions like different states we have very very good content like in East west and South also North West india which is regional..hindi tv industry is the most popular face due to glamour so that has gone through ups and downs and phases and keep changing like movies too,our tv industry dates to 30 40yrs and outsiders know that much only about hindi dramas are mostly from novels so anything from novels will be good so Pakistani dramas are hugely popular. In India hindi isn't the only tv medium, have other states where the regional content is very very good whose audience is specific to that state. And why in Pakistan there's a feeling Indian tv is behind as hindi has language similarities to urdu and people felt it got saturated in present situation but it doesn't like I mentioned above,in India we make soap operas and not dramas so they are different we have theatre separate too. I am not here for countering any info just presenting right facts.. Pakistani artists and drama are famous in India as we love cinema and tv and we appreciate whatever is good to the local audience be it actors dramas which are relatable to us.. Like most people are fan of Hollywood similarly where there is good content people watch and appreciate it.. Have watched all zahid ahmed's dramas he's a great artist.. I hope he keeps making good dramas and films.
pakistani dramas are better than Indian TV dramas is not a flex. the likes of Sarmad khoosat writes for Pak dramas. KRQ and other famous and infamous writers write pak dramas. your top directors, actors star in dramas. Shahrukh khan , Tabu or Anurag Kashyap are not involved in Indian tv serials anymore. Indian TV is looked down upon by talented bunch of the industry and stay away so basically you are comparing the most talented folks of pak to the MBA pass non artistic corporate suck offs with the responsibility to producing 1000+ episodes in India.

17:20 No way. Zahid Ahmed, you would've never done justice to that character! Ahmed Ali Akbar was PERFECT for that. He is also a better acting than him. Zahid, on the other hand, is just blessed with great voice and tall height. He's a mediocre actor.
