Hello, yes! Items such as wood, metal, ceramic and packaging materials can all be printed with DTF. Essentially anything that you can achieve even contact on with a heat press can be DTF'd
How many washes can white toner handle? Like heat transfer vinyl or DTF is very durable to about 20-30 washes, vs ink transfers I really have no idea on? Would really like to get into something like this! Thanks!
Hey there, depending on the media white toner can handle about 25 washes (standard) up to 50 estimated washes (PREMIUM). The direct to film we offer should last 50+ and then we may see a loss of vibrancy with that sort of cycling
There is a tradeoff for sure but if you can follow the maintenance schedule the payoff on quality difference and production efficiency is night pretty dramatic
