Drop the speedboost/cooldown for sprightspark and use the icearmor lightning for summons. With proper awakened gem placement you can get to less than .5 second cooldown on sprightspark.
Great video and a nice update of this build, but I'm not gonna lie, at the moment I'm most enjoying playing with your build from the earlier video, which you called Summon/Primary Hybrid Wizard Dungeon, with some small modifications. However, the build in this video is definitely more mobile and faster. Cheers!
I appreciate the video, and I am now at paragon 800 with my new wizard, still building what seems to be impossible as a free player. Just remember to inform people that they need to be minimum inferno 3 to make this form of character. (I am Hell VIII) so maybe in a few months I can make this goddess (L).

You can ask around in world chat for someone to carry you to unlock inferno 3
I use something similar but instead arcane torment I use Ice Armor with new offhand essence so me and my summon are doing aoe dmg (I dont need that much lightning nova cooldown reduction as I have 9% reduction on my gear and dmg ticks delt by me and my summon correlates better with slow time). And since I don't use arcane torment I can use weapon that increases dmg for lightning nova (Instead dezintegrate dmg as it already doing enough dmg and summon is sometimes lazy with aiming and not hitting mobs all the time).
please advise 4pcs grace or 4pcs angmet set? i felt both are similar but not sure which to choose from.
For this builds, grace is what I would recommend.
@@ApollyonGaming i guess 4pcs grace has immediate damage compare to 4pcs angmet which has DOT which abit slower? what do u think?

How is lightening nova cooldown that fast? I used all essence and lightening nova stops with 2 second left of cooldown
Around 75% beneficial effect duration increase + skill cooldown from magic attributes and essences.

i already tested this build but there is better option here just check off hand ice armor hearth of the storm , novel castigation legs , crustclaw shoulder make it for 10 lvl gem and purple 10cd reduction ice armor after all skill almost no cd legs doubled arcane torrent dmg much better dmg and better fast believe me also more tanky
