**OUTDATED but may still be helpful**
There are over 70+ anomalies. These are the anomalies I know of:
The sleeping bum will be dead with his eyes gouged out.
The lights will flicker.
The posters will all be the same (The "Better Call Saul" poster).
The electronic sign on the top of the ceiling will say "turn back" instead of the usual "stops remaining".
The cart will be totally without power.
The cart will not be moving. Instead of the clattering of the tracks, it will totally black outside and silent besides the man snoring and the clicking of the keys on the woman's laptop.
Pounding at the end of the cart will be heard. You can only hear this sound if you're wearing headphones. You will have to listen to it. Turn back when you hear it.
The man on the phone will be smiling instead of a neutral/uninterested expression.
An agent with a tophat covering his face looking down will appear. He is very noticeable as he's right next to the spawn, in the middle of the three seats on the left closest to the spawn.
The map right next to where you spawn will be red instead of blue. The wording will also be slightly altered.
The map next to the spawn will show a different city instead of the usual Los Angeles area.
There will be curtains that will roll up revealing an audience. Laughter will follow.
The boxes are now in the middle of the row as opposed to the end.
The electronic sign on the walls will be glitching out.
The electronic sign on the ceiling will be "losing signal".
The woman's laptop screen will be glitching.
There will be a PA announcer.
The "Missing" poster will show your avatar and the current date you're playing as instead of the bald man who went missing on April 20, 2023.
The end of the cart will be a white, glowing portal to 'heaven' with an angelic chorus playing.
All the lights in the cart will turn off in an accelerating manner before turning back on.
The tunnel lights outside will be red instead of yellow.
A soccer ball appears on the floor in one of the trash piles.
Everyone, the bum, the college kid, and the woman, will all be staring and their eyes will follow you no matter where you go in the cart.
There will be "Caution watch your step" stickers below the two electronic signs.
There will be a faint buzzing sound. Once again, you will need headphones to hear it.
The back of the ceiling sign will say "YOU WILL DIE".
The letters on electronic sign on the ceiling will be green instead of white.
Both the college student and the bum (both on the left) will have stretched limbs.
The same map at the front of the cart will also be directly across at the end of the cart, where the girl is.
The camera will be on. You will see a red dot indicating that. It will also be a different model.
The creepy clown doll will be on the seat as opposed to under.
A female voice will say "Psst, I have something to tell you".
A tall, thin, black, humanoid monster will appear in the next cart and run towards you. Turn back immediately
The entire cart will be in a parallel universe. The bum and college kid will be on the right instead of the left and vice versa for the lady.
The clown doll will be replaced by a creepy Annabelle-like doll. Same spot.
Both doors on the sides closest to the spawn will be cracked open.
The symbol on the power box will be different.
There will be a faint heartbeat.
The sodas' brand will change.
I aint reading allat
few things I seen. Bloody hand on the doors, the doll will move. the number to stops will change to the wrong number. the make up girls eyes go pure white. the phone gets answered with a girl saying "I miss you, don't leave me". the posters will be turn very little, and the bloxy cola will be witches brew. the make up and the face mask poster can be swap. the guy on the phone clothing will change. All ones I seen other then what you said. other then the scp guy and the black figure starting at you at the end of the train, but most people would see that.
Things anomalies i have not seen or seen.
I remember during a gameplay the bloxy cola got replaced with a beating heart, which explains the heartbeat noise you heard.
+ the train can light on fire LOL
this game reminded me of that one game made by chillas art

Not exactly since its more of a prank ish type of thing. One that would be more suitable is that one of the anomalies being the next cart door being white, glowing and playing heavenly ahh music

its crazy that this game clearly made with effort put into them has just 800K visits while TTD, a really low quality game that any toddler can recreate has 3.9B visits. This is the harsh reality of roblox games.
