I had my 2018 320i F31 tuned, stage 1. Original it had a measured 182 hp and 263 Nm of torque. After tuning an impressive 292 hp and 485 Nm. The hp increase is obviously very fun but the torque increase was the most important, as it performs excellent now in the low and mid rev range, where I spend the majority of my time.
Damnnn you got a huge increase in power from just a stage 1 !!! Holyyy Moly
hey mate where did you get this tune done at and how is reliability?
@@kostakalantzis1551 I had it done by BR-Performance in Willebroek, Belgium. They have other locations in other countries. I have done my research in chosing the right tuner and BR-Performance came out best for me. Also most expensive.

i got a 320iX 2015 stage 2 (bootmod3) (you need cold air intake+ downpipe catted or catless+ exhaust (i got 3 "magnaflow catback)+charge pipe +intercooler upgrade and a must ( vgate pro v 4_)+ bimmerlink and bimmercode apps.. that this enjoy your new ride after ^^ i would say around 300 hp easy but need a dyno to get the number ! i would not recomand going muffler delete it's realy anoying and look like a civic 1990 with a exhaut leak .. transmission is a zf8speed (and with bootmod 3 add a Sport tune trans that it's nice ) remove speed limiter read /erase code
just read on bootmod 3 + bimmerlink+ bimmercode + vgate pro v4 and kies motorsport on youtube after be a great mecanic dude of you ;)
Is bootmod3 tune reliable?
@@dannyzhang4423 ive been driving it daily since march and no issue (bootmod3 have been tested and tested on other car before we can purchase it go read i bit on this ) and when i say driving it ... it's like flloor it the same way as before i purchase it (bootmod3) ... i wish, you can make you, this great gift one day ,
Very weak performance for a stage2. -1sec for 0-100 vs stock.
BM3 stage1 gives much better performance -2sec for 0-100 on a stock car.
While stage2 requires high flow intercooler & catless downpipe upgrades you should make 0-100 under 5sec, not 7 sec)

VirtuallyVids So basically you have companies specialized in tuning cars, you go there and they change parts of the engine to give it more horsepower such as the air filter, exhaust and intake, but most importantly at least at stage 1 is they make the engine’s computer (called the ECU) more efficient and “smart” so to say, to increase the power with about 20-50% and to make it more fuel efficient as well

FBOs (FULL BOLT ON) add a catless downpipe and cut the muffler and trust me when i tell you.. its loud enough
MINE is F30 320i too and I am planning to remap too
Could I please ask 3 silly questions:
1/ will I still get that cool loud sound from the exhaust like yours even I dont upgrade to Akrapovik Exhaust
2/ will the engine be affected in negative way like Age of the Engine once we take full power of it.
3/ Will the fuel consumption increase after remapping as the Horse Power will increase

1/ will I get that cool loud sound from the exhaust after remapping ? You do get some more noise from the turbos but without exhaust modifications it won’t change much.
2/ Will the engine be affected in negative way like Age of the Engine once we take full power of it. ? Stage 1 is perfectly safe, well within engine tolerances
3/ Will the fuel consumption rise after remapping as increasing the Horse Power ? If you drive sensibly you will see an increase in mpg. Obviously driving hard it will be worse.
Furthermore my friends advice me remapping will effect the Engine Age.
Eventually I decided not to remap

How much boost on the Stage 2? Isn't the 320i already at the limit because of it's high CR? Sounds really good though!

Very poor performance for stage 2. My 8 year old JB4 makes 0-100 sub 5 sec.
I have a manual 320i. Will the clutch be okay for stage 2? Thanks
Yes, it should be okay. It might increase wear on the clutch. so you'll definitely have to replace it sooner if you do stage 2.
How much horsepower u pushing out of that 320i on stage 2 ?

All deleted (all), jb4-stage 2, downpipes,air intake,new turbo (bought used), sounds like music to my ears, snap crackle pop, can have a video made of this sound if requested & it flies. Next mod. (6 months) forged pistons,etc. to run stage 4 with a big turbo. "of note", lowered, new rims & handling is incredibly better, both on turns and in super windy conditions on the highway. (eco mode-make's the best sound, lol), saves from getting ticketed, easy to get carried away in sport mode
