Пролетарии всех стран, соединяйтесь! (Workers of the world, unite!)

This song's words were largely derived from a poem written by Н. М. Минск in 1905 entitled "Гимн рабочих", or "Hymn to the Workers", which proved popular in the subsequent revolutions. The poet was exiled from Russia in the 1905 revolution. The song itself was composed somewhat later and first recorded in 1930.
