Trade Tomlin to the Jets for Their First and Garrett Wilson, Hire Ben Johnson as HC, Modernize the Offense, Fire Austin at DC and grab someone new! Build the Culture!!!

yea i deffenatly agree 100% I've never been a fan of tomlin good coach but let's not confuse good for great sorry he isnt a great coach in my my opinion and there's a few other issues to hopefully will see fields in the black and gold leading this offense next year i know some may feel different thats ok but to me a 6 game sample size in a offense catered to russ isnt enough for me with different coaching staff all around other than the OC wouldnt mind seeing what Arthur Smith does with out Mike tomlin

Do you think the Steelers will make a Super Bowl anytime soon

I have to disagree. He did not coach the team he inherited to a Super Bowl. He managed that team. It was smart to do, but that’s what he did. That’s why Bradshaw called him a cheerleader.
He had the coordinators, players, and culture. All he had to do was manage. They outplayed his incompetence until the culture fizzled out. We are lucky it fizzled and didn’t dead end. Coaches have trees. Tomlin is a manager.

Remember how upset Hines Ward was after that 05 AFC title game? Think anyone on this team was that upset after losing to Baltimore?

Like if color analysts Kirk Herbstreit saying “Where is the fight, these are the Steelers!” (along with the fact that fans of other teams pointed this out, too) during the game Saturday night doesn’t show that this team has to your point no culture, as well as no heart or fire, then idk what does.
It’s coming to light for everyone to see more than it ever has and hell even some of the main stream NFL media is slowly waking up to how meaningless Tomlin’s “Non-Losing Season” Streak is, and instead talking about how it’s been a while since we’ve even won a playoff game.
These last 5-6 playoff games and how bad we been beat in them shows that we are long overdue to start over and rebuild from the ground up.

Saturday night I struggled to keep my eyes open. The last time that happen was back in 2010 when I drank a bottle of Jack before a game. I wasn't drunk Saturday night. This team showed NO HEART!

I’ve been asking this question all day long. What is the difference between Art Rooney and Jerry Jones? Outside of the loud bravado there is no difference. They both have zero care about winning championships in a way that is updated to 2025 football they keep the Cowboys and Steelers just good enough to get the fans to continue to spend money on the team

He's certainly more interested in the business side of things rather than the winning. Sure he says he cares about winning and maybe he does, but it's business driven not football.

I agree and add, Art II values historical team prestige, "stability" (having only 3 HC's in 65 years is a Badge Of Honor for him.)
Truly, pathetic how the Steelers Standard has been lowered and redefined for Tomlin. Not fair to the fan base.

The Steelers don't have a Jack Lambert Rodney Harrison Donnie Shell Joe Green Joey Potter it's lost the desire to win at all costs. It is to friendly with the other teams players. They are playing sportsmanship 😡

I disagree with you on Cam Heyward. Hes still one of our best players. Cam was puffing for breathe saturday night and came back into the game. Only reason hes still here because he wants a ring. He saw his team quitting on him vs bengals.

Its funny but when you compare the Steelers players to other teams they dont look the same .its like there actors.

What is the purpose of coaching if they do not get the players ready for game day. I am tired of Tomlin old line all talk no action. We will have to stop supporting them to change the team. There is Tomlin, defensive coach, offensive line coach and possibly offensive coach need fired.

....Fitzpatrick was the only defensive player to play every defensive snap.... But ok bro lol

That's the only thing you took from the video. Awesome. But yeah, Minkah may play a lot of snaps, but he doesn't do much of anything in the impact department. Great cleaner, though.

lol see right there is wrong… he can play every game BUT the MFer didn’t do anything nothing zero…. He can’t tackle he leads with his shoulder never wraps up players… always getting beat and in the wrong position

Minkah does nothing. Zero! He got punked by Derrick Henry. Minkah was an impact player when the Steelers acquired him. He's been m.i.a for over 2 years now.
