They should use her more, she's very good at explaining the makeup and I really like how she looks a little different to the others she's really adorable looking :)
I don't recall any makeup artist that I thought was "rude", whatever that means today as I'm not really sure most of the time that accusation is used. But I do like the format of the models doing their own makeup with hopefully their own natural comments, like they would be if they had their own makeup channel that was not brand-affiliated.

Should renew your contract, then you are the best Angel for years, which are now are just pictures and the truth, too tired to see that you are always results in the same God knows why. Got an angelic face and although Victoria Secret do not want, you're a real angel and natural. But that would be to see you beautiful among the best as sos. Grandiose, Best Wonderful and an angel ignored and forgotten in Victoria Secret.

Actually, you shouldn't smile when you apply blush. When you smile, apply blush, then stop smiling, the blush is applied in the lower portion of your cheeks, dragging your face down and making you look older.
