AOC Label Martinique

In this video, Benedikt Lüning introduces you to the Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (AOC for short) label. The AOC label is a geographically protected designation of origin and refers to special rules and criteria that must be observed in rum production. It is comparable to the term single malt whisky as we know it.
