XTR370 vs K9 vs Roxxzilla on the slick and muddy Trail 16 at Windrock

- Watch this before hitting Trail 16 at Windrock Offroad Park. Especially if it has rained recently. We found a great trail to compare everyones new tires. Supergrip K9, Maxxis Roxxzilla, System 3 XTR 370, and BFG KM3. These were on a few Polaris Turbos and some Wildcat XXs. Trail 16 at Windrock is an awesome trail that is not too bad dry but wet it makes it so much fun. Lots of trash talk keeps the excitement going. This was also the week after Memorial Day so the trails got pretty beat up. This is kind of a part 2 to the tire comparison. Tell me what tires you like the best in the comments.

@Malachi Alvin I will look into it for my children.
i dont mean to be so off topic but does anyone know a method to log back into an Instagram account..?
I stupidly lost my login password. I appreciate any assistance you can give me
@Tadeo Elias instablaster ;)
@Eliseo Mustafa i really appreciate your reply. I got to the site through google and im waiting for the hacking stuff atm.
Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
@Eliseo Mustafa it did the trick and I actually got access to my account again. Im so happy!
Thanks so much, you saved my ass :D
Looks like a pretty fun I had a fun back in those days 👍♥
It was a great trip.
That white XX tho 👌 Had fun riding with you guys, great video
I noticed you had a camera. I will be on the look out for some videos
@@GrimRZR gave all the footage to Lucho and Adam. Should be a good video
Awesome. They have some great videos on their channel for sure.
Whooooooeeeee those Textron Chanisaws RIPP LOL!
Yes they do. They performed really good.
I love it, “Chainsaws” 😂🤣
No trouble whatsoever on trail 16 with 30in Sedona ripsaw tires on a 2019 Can-Am Maverick X3 with no other modifications, my cousin had 32 in Maxxis roxxzilla tires on a Polaris Rock and Trail and also had no issues whatsoever!
Such a fun trail
We run “Carnies”. Work really well there, small hands, smell like cabbage...
They are definitely a popular tire. I just always hear of sidewall tears. My System 3 XTR 370s look very similar. Thanks for the input
35" satv warrior x/t on a 3r tuned x3. These tires were designed for moab and windrock. I've not had any problems in mud or the rocks.
Haven't tried them myself. A couple friends have steered me away from them
i’ve heard only bad things about them. they don’t seem bad in paper but in use they are not good
Maverick Sport with four-wheel independent a arm suspension, 30-10x14 Sedona ripsaw and I never had a problem with any spot on 16! The independent a arms makes a world of difference compared to that trailing arm that gets you hung up!
Nah you’re lying.. trailing arms are the way
Can anyone tell me where to get that scanner light that the blue rzr has mounted in his turbo hood scoop?
I will ask him and find out. He gets lots of prototype stuff to try so it may not be available yet. Update soon. Thanks for watching
Thank you. Great videos!
Found it. WAGZ led but they aren't making them anymore. Maybe that will at least give you something to look for used. Sorry
I really appreciate you looking into this for me. I will see what I can find. Keep the videos coming, i look forward to watching them. Thanx again!!
No problem. If I find something else like it I will post it here. Thanks for the comments.
They all look pretty even. Seems like driver error. The ones that throttled up the side made it. If not, they kept attempting. Your videos make it even harder to choose between the k9, zillas, 370s or km3s lol They all do good if the driver is aggressive enough.
Btw I need to change my RZR's name. -Grimm RZR lol I spelled it wrong but is still a monster hunter lol
I like the videos man. 👍🏼
It was a pretty unfair test. I seen that there was a Grimm RZR after selecting that name. My daughter told me to try it out. I did search to see if it was used already but I can see why it didn't come up now. Thanks for the feedback.
Awesome vide my friend i like#14
Thanks. You talking about trail 14?
@@GrimRZR Haha NO SORRY THAT I'M NOT CLEAR WHAT I MEAN MY LIKE #14
Cool. Thanks
That looked like it was really slick. Didn't look that steep though.
There was just one crazy rock that got in the way. Would be nothing if it was dry.
Was just here yesterday, while it’s not crazy steep, the video doesn’t do it justice that’s for sure.
That hill gets harder to climb every time i go back.
Fun trail though
I thought you were supposed to be an Indian mountain today
Not today. It would have been fun though
3r tuned x3 rc 32" m1 evils
I heard of those but never rode with anyone that runs them
@@GrimRZR my father in law has a set of 28s on a general with 8000 miles on them.and still 25-30% tread left. Mostly highway dirt roads though! The general itself has 19,156 miles on it! Sadly we jus pulled the motor yesterday due to using lots of oil.
@@stroke0187 That's impressive nearly 20000 miles
Use the System3 XT 300 or 400. They would dominate at that place.
I don't think they would. Lots of rocks out here too
I use my XT 300 at Cross Bar in Davis Oklahoma and go more places than the fabulous Rockzillas. The only advantage I can see the Rockzillas have over my XT 300s is on slick rock only. I’m tired of pulling my friends out who constantly get stuck with the Rockzillas. I run my 300s down to 6# and they grab everything. Tires are 3 years old now and still rocking on my 2019 Honda talon. Thanks for sharing the video.
@@stgraves260 awesome
I use 35x9x20 BKT 171. In my 🙄2021 can am X3 xrs max turbo rr Have not found a muddy slippery hill yet that I can’t make it up yet.
How do they do on rocks? I haven't gotten a chance to ride with anyone on some mud tires
Grim RZR we have some rocks where I ride. Mostly as far as rocks they are covered with slick red clay. But I have had no problem. I know that can grab and break axles more that a less aggressive tread pattern. I just don’t hammer on the gas and crawl over just about everything I come to.
Nice.

You found me. Thanks for watching
Really enjoy your videos. I recently purchased a 2014 rzr 900 xp. Wanting to put some different tires on it. It has bighorns now but I want something different. We ride alot of trails, some hills, an alot of roads. Do you have a suggestion on maybe what tire would do go for me? Those system 3's in thsmis video are pretty impressive but so are the K9's. Just having a hard time deciding an thanks in advance for any help.
I don't have much experience on what tires last good for road riding. That's probably the exact opposite of what I'm looking for in a tire. The k9's should last longer for you. XTR370 and Roxxzillas won't last as long on roads but offer more off-road traction to me
One thing to keep in mind is most tires that do great off-road won't do as good for road riding. Need to reach a compromise for which one you want more
Which tire did the best on the slick muddy climbs? The k9?
I don't think the k9 did anything best while riding. It might last longer
@@GrimRZR do you have a winner for this video?
@@JDHarpr for me the 370 performs better
i am looking for a good all around tire and good in mud my stock tires did good in the mud anyone have an idea wat is a good tire in mid and really all around tire
XTR 370 is a great tire. I personally like Roxxzillas better but they are probably not as good in mud
I had 30 inch crawler xg’s on my X3 turbo R. Ass end rarely spun out in wet slick trails at low speed. These 32 inch roxxzillas are slipping and sliding everywhere on me. No heavy mud, just slick wet trails. I’m regretting my purchase and wishing I would have gotten 32 inch crawlers. Anyone else experiencing similar results with the roxxzillas ?
Kinda what I had mentioned in my Roxxzilla review. Forward traction is good but side lateral traction is not as good as others
I’m super close to pulling the trigger on 32” roxxzilla stickies for my x3 RC. You’re thinking you like the xg’s better??
@@jdgroundworx2800 first person I've heard of that liked crawlers over Roxxzillas after running both.
K9 super slicks 👎🏻
They didn't do that great. Some people love them though
They do ok for me here in Arkansas. Go watch Sxs videos zack Nash he drives the hell out of them.
@@jackadamz3 yes he does. Have you seen the Busted knuckle sticky tire video
Lol. The wildcat on k9s smoked them all up the hill around 5:00 into the video
What tires are on that Wildcat
K9 supergrip
