✅Thinking of moving to North Carolina? Have you been to Huntersville, a suburb of Charlotte NC on the North side. Huntersville is part of Lake Norman and the biggest city. If you have any questions about Huntersville, please call me at 704-975-2429.🏡💥☎️
Hi, my family is moving to Mecklenburg County, and we are looking into Huntersville for a home to rent. We are a family of 5 (3 children), and my husband and I are going to teach at a high school there in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools. We love this video and we hope to connect with you when we get there (We are from the Philippines but we are coming from South Korea as this is where we are teaching now). I'll be in touch with you soon!
Thanks for your video! My family and I were there over 4th of July but it looked much different with leaves on the trees and flowers everywhere. Good to see what it looks like in the winter. We are looking to move to a family friendly neighborhood in the Huntersville area within the next few years, we are from Florida. We’re looking for seasons as Florida has none! I will check out some of your other videos to maybe help us narrow down the neighborhoods we like best. Thanks
Hi there, thanks for your comment. It's beautiful here in the Fall when the color of the leaves are changing. Yes, we have 4 seasons here and enjoy the moderate climate. Hope to talk to you soon.
Hi Jim, no we don't have a video yet for Mooresville. That's next on our agenda. Have you watched our Huntersville video yet? Call me at 704-975-2429 if you have any questions. Thanks so much!
Well done! It's like as if I were there with you on an in person tour. Thanks so much for doing this video, as it has been the best driving video out of all the ones I've been able to find on Huntersville. Now I can have a clearer picture on how this city is like before visiting.
Are you looking for a house or an apartment? For a house in Huntersville, right now minimum rent for a 3-BR, 1,405 sq. ft is $1,685. I'm not sure what the apartments in Huntersville are going for.
@@db1264 No worries. What's not to love about Huntersville? We had lunch at Coral Sushi yesterday and we were amazed by the gigantic lovely pink azaleas in that little strip mall off Sam Furr Rd.
@@GreaterCharlotteLiving my favorite place to go is birkdale, I was there yesterday! 😅 if you don’t know what car I drive in Huntersville, it’s a Subaru that looks like a sports car and it’s blue, I forgot the name sorry🙃
@@db1264 Birkdale is the most recommended place to see when our clients are in town. As a matter of fact, our clients from New York who are building a waterfront home in Imagery on Mtn Island Lake loved it so much that they would rent an apartment above the stores for a couple of months while waiting for their home to be finished. Imagery is just a few away from Huntersville.
My name is Henry Ramírez. I'm from Perú. I like the video. I comming in August for Charlotte. We need buy a house. I need to help more information please. Price to the houses. Thanks

Looks like strip mall land.
Thanks for your comment.
I live here!
It's a very desirable place. We used to live in Huntersville for 17 years before moving down to Charlotte.
@@GreaterCharlotteLiving I can agree. I’ve been to other places and believe me, Huntersville is a much better place
@@Ausles Thanks so much. We need more inventory for our buyers. Inventory is super low and buyer demand is high.
Can anyone tell me if Huntersville diverse? Especially for black people?
I would say yeah. 1/3 of Charlotte is black, and I highly doubt that 33% of ALL BLACKS love in Charlotte
That's my question, too
@@avibecalledblessed7503 I have lived here since 2001. I can say that the town is getting there but in my opinion, it is still mostly caucasian.
