Yeah nice list, even though 63 out of 100 is in the USA :D. I kind of expected this, but not on that scale. If you sum up all 63 companies, you get pretty wild numbers how valuable they all are.

@world data 3d #78 Raytheon hasn't existed for almost 3 years now. It merged with United Technologies in 2020 and is now called Raytheon Technologies and has a different logo than what's shown here.

I believe they use the "Market Capitalization" valuation technique to determine the sizes of these companies. I.e: (number of shares of stocks outstanding * price per stock). You'll be very familiar with this and many other methods if you're in Finance. American companies should give you and indication why U.S is a super power lol

@largec they do. They own and buy-back in numerous instances depending on what they'd want investors to perceive once the Financial Report is printed. It'll take me a lifetime to explain the intricacies of it.

TSMC may actually be the most economically important company on this list, even if the market value doesn't match the likes of Apple.
TSMC is the main reason the US is gearing up to defend Taiwan from China.
