This EeonTex fabric is a conductive, nonwoven microfiber for use in e-textiles as well as electromagnetic and resistive heating applications. Each sheet of the EeonTex Conductive Fabric is pre-cut into 12 inch by 13 inch sheets about 0.8mm thick. This fabric is very versatile and perfect for anyone interested in wearables and e-textiles.
The next fabric up is a conductive, nonwoven microfiber with piezo-resistive functionality for use in dynamic sensors to map and measure pressure, bend, angle stretch and torsion. Pressure Sensing Fabric could add so many new possibilities to your next e-textile project!
The last of the three new EeonTex products we have to offer is this bidirectionally stretchy nylon/spandex, elastic fabric coated with a long-lasting conductive formulation. This material has found use in soft, biometric strain and pressure sensors, such as for beds and seats, or where conforming to irregular shapes is the only thing required.

how much current and voltage do you need to warm it?

It looks like Sparkfun only sells the NW170-PI now. Is this designed to respond to pressure and stretching? And the Ohms/square values, is that per square inch or the entire 12" x 13" sheet that is kind of a square?

The NW170-PI fabric is not piezoelectric... if you measure from two points apparts... and press in the middle then the resistance do not change. It is a preassure sensitive conductive material, its not the same... as you preassure it makes better contact to copper coin reducing the resistance, but the internal resistance of the fabric doesn't change..

Are these fabrics are water resistant or not?

Is there a cooling version? THAT would sell like crazy!

no, that would break the laws of physics

Not if it was powered peltier with the heat being directed outward.
