Designed with love for nature, each home in BluHomes Katmon is passively cooled, energy-efficient, and water-conserving, certified with an EDGE Advanced Green Building Certificate. Each home is estimated to save 74% in energy, reducing 1.10 tons of carbon dioxide emission per year per home. Each home is also projected to save 30% in water consumption, saving 205 cubic meters of clean water per year per home. This is like planting 18 tree seedlings per year per home.
BluHomes Katmon is located in Rosanna Heights, Barangay San Manuel, City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan. It is only walking distance away from the central business district of Ayala Altaraza and the upcoming SJDM Technopark.
