Universal care level is not the highest moral level of development. That is still grasping on an objective level. The Bhagavad Gita has a very important thing to say about this. One should act without concern for the outcome of action. To do so is conditioned action or reaction. It is not authentic. Do not confuse this with the egocentric level. Ask, what is saved or not saved by stealing or not stealing the medicine? If you answer, a life, you fail to see that which is not born, does not die. compassion can be a very sticky wicket. "I know whats best for you" leads to some very unintended consequences. I absolutely treasure Ken Wilber's wisdom. I have followed him for years. I will continue to do so.
no, the bhagavad gita is about acting with dharma in mind. As long as one does that one does not need to question one's self or ones actions. It is a visceral relationship with the truth. manifesting as love compassion courage chastity etc, each intrinsic to the other. Anything that challenges those things is adharmic and one should not feel bad about fighting it. Moreover, the gita is about defeating adharma within one's self.

TLDR: It is important to consider all four quadrants of development and analysis in order to fully engage with reality and understand integral theory. 1. 00:00 🌱 Understanding growth hierarchies in life, the speaker discusses the concept of "showing up" and the interplay of development and evolution, using over a hundred sheets of paper to visualize the complex stages. 1.1 The speaker discusses the concept of "showing up" and the recognition of growth hierarchies in various aspects of life, such as development and evolution. 1.2 Each stage transcends and includes its predecessor, leading to a complex interplay of growth hierarchies that the speaker tried to understand by laying out over a hundred sheets of paper on the floor. 2. 03:12 🌌 The universe began with the division of subject and object, leading to hierarchies in both subjective world views and objective growth. 2.1 The universe came into being when subject and object were divided, and hierarchies apply to both the subjective and objective domains. 2.2 Kepler's stage applies to subjective world views and objective growth hierarchies, with individual and collective entities forming atoms to molecules to cells and galaxies to planets. 3. 05:36 🌌 The universe has fundamental distinctions between individual and collective, subjective and objective realities, often overlooked in natural sciences, but living biological animals also have subjective impulses and worldviews that can be measured in areas such as the good, the true, and the beautiful. 3.1 The universe has fundamental distinctions between individual and collective, subjective and objective realities, and these distinctions are often overlooked in the study of natural sciences. 3.2 Living biological animals are often viewed only in terms of their physical exteriors, but they also have subjective impulses and worldviews that can be measured, and these dimensions can be seen in areas such as the good, the true, and the beautiful. 4. 08:47 🌐 The universe is divided into subjective and objective perspectives, represented by the four quadrants, but most human disciplines only focus on one quadrant. 4.1 The lower left quadrant represents the subjective collective moral or ethical reaction in how individuals treat other subjects. 4.2 The universe is divided into subjective and objective, singular and plural, represented by the four quadrants of first, second, and third person perspectives, but most human disciplines only focus on one quadrant. 5. 11:30 🌍 Reality consists of four dimensions - atoms, systems, interiors, and exteriors - and it's important to acknowledge and include all of them, while psychology shifted from studying the psyche to behaviorism, but later recognized the importance of subjective development and moral reality. 5.1 Reality consists of four fundamental dimensions - atoms, systems, interiors, and exteriors - and it is important to acknowledge and include all of them. 5.2 Psychology shifted from studying the psyche to behaviorism, but later recognized the importance of subjective development and moral reality, as demonstrated by Lawrence Kohlberg's work on moral development. 6. 14:38 🧠 Different moral reasoning based on beliefs and values leads to varying responses to moral dilemmas, with stages of development involving conforming to societal conventions or making decisions based on universal moral principles, and can be measured and studied. 6.1 People have different moral reasoning based on their beliefs and values, leading to different responses to a moral dilemma. 6.2 Some stages of moral development involve conforming to societal conventions, while others involve making decisions based on universal moral principles. 6.3 Different stages of moral development can be measured and studied, including care stages and universal care, which involve caring for all human beings regardless of differences. 7. 17:50 🌐 It's important to consider all four quadrants of development and analysis to fully engage with reality and understand integral theory. 7.1 The speaker emphasizes the importance of considering all four quadrants of development and analysis in understanding the universe. 7.2 To fully engage with reality, it is important to consider all fundamental dimensions and not limit oneself to just a few levels or lines of development. 7.3 Understanding integral theory can be achieved by recognizing the different quadrants and disciplines, leading to the discovery of something important that was already present. 8. 21:18 🏆 Enter the future thinkers giveaway to win a community membership and cognitive upgrade for your brain.
You prolly dont give a damn but does anybody know a way to log back into an instagram account?? I stupidly forgot the login password. I appreciate any assistance you can offer me.
@Devin Cedric thanks for your reply. I got to the site through google and im in the hacking process atm. Takes a while so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
Question on the medicine test: If stealing the medicine had the opportunity cost that if everyone who needed it just stole it, then it would not exist; would it then be selfish to betray the system that created the medicine? The moral judgement then becoming about the most people being saved over time. Would it transform the money required for the medicine from a simple ransom to something like the means for the medicine to be created? What does this say about the value of money or the system of values that the money participates in, compared to the actual medicine that is a byproduct of the system? Are they any different at that point and what are you actually stealing?Relevant questions as collective groups continue to mock and disfigure the idea of value and hierarchy in 2020
Whether you are aware of his model or not, eventually, development will lead a person's intention and attention to flow into all of these zones. And more. He is well aware that there is more and has spoken of this often. It's on us to discern it out.
Showing up is placing your awareness in those area where ken's model points you to. It's not exclusive to his model. Other people's maps/model point there too
what happened my dear Ken!?! the quadrants were 20 more years ago! Your best entrepise is the "1 2 3 of Good"!! (btw: you should make that available for download) Transcend and Include but please start working on telephaty! PS: please call me!
'To die before you die', comes from the Koran, prophet Muhammad recited it in the 7th century. Rumi analyzed it and explained it in the 13th century. It's the word of the creator...
Graded Stages - please check out Aaron Abke’s explanation. It’s basically like the rules for how things operate in a environment. The universes, the solar systems, each planet, they all have their own rules as to what they are. Very interesting shit
I think the term "Profound" is best given by someone else than the author of the work The quadrants are interesting - and a useful model for characterising transactions. Yes! But a profound model to account for existence??? Nah!
ur going of the road! please call me! I stratigized on building OUR Yesterday 'cause that's actually what we are all building, and I've been including and trascending since 1998 with a lot of your help! so it's on You (2nd person). So... I need to speak to You!
The hosts look like children staring at their Dad disciplining them, they know they have to be there and look interested but seem to be completely lost.

Thank you for posting this. Ken Wilber is forever in my heart.
i'm a big fan too; at one point he stated that's EXACTLY what he wants to accomplish-- HEART work (but most take it be MIND work, SPIRIT work)

So, if we want to show up like we are integral I guess we need to cherish and value all four quadrants in our self and others.

15:20 did I just hear Ken curse for the first time? After years of absorbing what this man has to say, the missing link just revealed itself
Tomi Hermann he has cussed in many books including a post face when someone asked him about Treyas death and what it was “teaching him”
What is showing up? Thank you 🙏
Love your raspy voice!
To show up more whole
Showing up is using kens model!
I feel showing up isnt really limited to just this, curious what kens actual opinion on this subject is
