My name is Miledys Menéndez Lafertė. I am a professor of English in Cuba. I agree with you in everything. . By chance the theme I would like to propose for my doctoral tesis is related to intercultural competence communication. In this case the idea is to create a didactic program for capacitating a community with a special opportunity to have a social and economical development because the continuously interaction with the tourism.
