Autogefuhl know how to do a car review. They last more than 3 minutes and tell you much more than the rest of the bunch on you tube. You know by the end, if you like the car or hate it. Great reviews.

Why do some people think Ford is an uncool brand? They have given us so many legendary and great cars, i think Fords are usually quite cool. The Mondeo Vignale is no doubt a great car. Autocar said it's better than the competing Merc or BMW. But i would still rather see Ford doing another Mondeo ST instead of this.
Nakke144 E.g. in Germany there was an interesting survey where the results said that most politicians drive Ford because it has the most neutral image in Germany - means nothing really special connected with it but also nothing negative.
***** Intresting. I think Fords have character because they have individual styling (i like it) and have been great to drive for a very long time. I guess most people see Ford as uncool because it's cars cost less than some other brands, so it does not work as a status symbol among yuppies and business sharks. Still, it's a great brand who make great cars, and have done for a long, long time.
Nakke144 I think so too, my family has been driving Ford for decades as they have sponsored my favourite football club :D So I still also have a quite close connection to Ford.

I have driven a huge amount of different cars, and overall i think Ford and BMW makes the best ones to drive. I have an old Mondeo ST200. Not super fast by todays standards, but it's very fun to drive.
I can see all the VW and Skoda owners screaming cuz their cars sucks compared to this one.

Thank you for all your great reviews like this video. But my question is to Mr. Kösters. Did you already repaer powershift gearbox. I have a 2013 fiesta 1.6 power shift. Still same problem goes with it. Vibration at 1st and 2nd gear. We are giving a lot of money for unconfortable cars. Sorry ford. Not again pass from your showroom

They said that to me, some Vibrations are normal if it's more, they will load a new version of gearbox software. But totally they never pass this problem. Powershift is not working dsg. Or our service team has not enough knowledge
Nice review. Although I have to admit I do have a problem with the strong German accent of the English language. There are only few issues about the Vignale. There is no 5-doors version available. Why not? No trailer hitch with 19" wheels. Why? I also miss the auto locking feature when you walk away with the keys. Hopefully it will come with some SW upgrade. Also I miss the possibility to combine the available speed limiting with the sign recognition. How about a SW upgrade?
So the auto expert reckons that the typical Vignale buyer will be a Ford driver who want more luxury. Recently, after a period of looking at BMWs, Mercedes's and Audi's I got bored with cars. Until I saw the interior of the new Mondeo. The final decision was done when I tried the rear seats and the Mondeo was the only one I wanted to keep sitting in, rather than fighting strong escape wishes. I ordered a Vignale.

I think the summing up at the end was very dismissive and disrespecting of Ford by the presenter- what does he mean that "English newspapers say it is in comparison to a BMW, Audi or Jaguar " and he does not agree. Most English motoring press are very pro-German mark, so I believe that this car is well made to have such feedback.The presenter also was very insulting to the buying public when he said the car is for a Ford owner who wants a bit more luxury. It is about time Ford is given the respect it deserves, as a mass manufacturer it has come a very long way and should be recognised for such.

Sieht ja alles in allem ganz ok aus, aber Sitze vernünftig beziehen/satteln können die bei Ford ja nicht... Schaut euch mal die Sitze genauer an! Teilweise völlig verformt... wellig und auch schräge Nähte sind zu erkennen ! Also scheint die Verarbeitung doch nicht so toll, wie angepriesen :D

Pierre M Yeah, you are right, it does not breakdown like an BMW or Merc, neither has a lame steering like an Audi. I drove BMW before my current Mondeo, I would never go back to BMW fold, as long as Ford makes cars like this one.

His English is understandable and clear. He isn't a native speaker and doesn't need to sound like one. You'd have to look long and hard to find a native English speaker that can speak German as well as he can speak English, don't you think?

Spain Dashcam might be with compact cars... but for experience Ford is better with sport and sedan cars.

Jetta sucks dude xD, and I'm not sure about the Passat... Ford has made a lot of "premium" sedan cars, like Galxay, Scorpio, Gran Torino... so they know how to make a good sedan car. But anyway, a Passat is a very good car too. I particulary like the Passat SS, it is not very expensive and it can compite against Benz, BMW and Audi with no problem
40000€ for a ford with bmw features? No thanks. This version is much better than U. S. Version(Ford fusion), but still over priced. I would rather get the Hyundai Genesis or the kia candeza.
Amir GH That price is a strategy to settle in the premium market... you can not enter in that market with a 20.000 € car, everybody would think it is not a premium car. Don't u think that?
