@@AskAWalker Yeah. Poor drainage. Anyway, I never liked living on the ground floor in any kind of roof. Not even a single story homes can protect anyone from floods.
The lower-level unit is called Sully Greensboro and starts in the mid $500s. The upper level unit is called Walney Classic and starts in the high $600s to the low $700s. Let me know when you want to schedule a showing and I can set up the appointment. Onward, AW 703-539-2053 Abraham@AskAWalker.com
Great question. Condo refers to the ownership type. With a condo your ownership rights are tied to spefic space. For the property in question, you would the interior space of the unit. Condo ownership can come in many option. What you're looking at now is a two-over-two townhouse-style condo. Throughout the region there are a few condo developments with traditional townhouses. We only see single family homes with condo ownership in age restricted communities which are commonly called 55+. This can be confusing to understand through text. Let me know if you need more clarity and I'll record a video. Thanks 🧡 for the question 🙋 Onward, AW
5:45 - Over half a million and you don't even get a dining area. Invite your guests over to sit and eat at a counter that shared with the sink 🤣. Or, you could have a table, but nowhere to sit and watch TV. I'm guessing Toll Brothers won zero awards for this layout. 100% cash grab and people are dumb enough to buy it. It's sooo NoVA. Born here in the 70s so I know this area's bulls**t well. You do great tours and I appreciate the efforts. I'm ragging on the area, not you at all.
Thanks 🧡 for the feedback. We try to capture every new construction community in the region to give our future clients to see properties without wasting their time. I'm glad you liked the videos.
when I tell you this is a NO its a NO, too many stairs, these people are crazy, these are called stacked condos, I don't like them, they need elevator access.
stacked condos aren't for everyone. I think 5 story walk-up to get to your rooftop deck for the upper-level units is a bit much. I'd be curious to see how many people use their rooftop terrace. There's a 55+ townhouse by Toll Brothers with elevator access on the 4th level. I could see myself using the terrace if I didn't have to climb Mount Everest.
Love the second unit, but two flights of stairs is enough to get to the main floor. At least one don’t have to worry about flood and privacy.
If the 2nd floor in any community floods something has gone horribly wrong.

Why is this called a condo instead of a townhouse ?

You gotta hope you never sprain your ankle. 😅
You're right. Northern Virginia must have the lowest number of sprained ankles in the country because very few homes have bedrooms on the first level.
