Listening to the separate pieces makes you realise how important the three of them are when singing together. Imagine if pink was singing with them? That would sound like pure heaven I’m sure of it

I honestly can’t think of another person for YD’s voice. And it’s really fitting that Patti Lupone got this part of the harmony. Her voice is really perfect for those lower notes.

I think the trouble is, while they're both good singers, Broadway singers tend to overpower studio singers which leads to the song feeling off. Even in this song, poor Blue can barely be heard.
Maybe a “what’s the use of feeling blue but it’s only the pearls” they sound beautiful and id love to hear them in their own
