Best advice, do not do a splatter in a food competition. I've had multiple executive chefs tell me it's a sure fire way to lose especially since you cannot control the splatter
The comments are all about restaurants charging u high for beautiful plating. But I love to treat myself with such fancy food decorations once in a while. U feel special.
Thats why I prefer to eat at simple diner. Restaurants serve beautiful platings with a tiny amount of food with huge prices.
