Yeah. Based on looks alone I would probably pick the Arby's fries since I like a mix of crunchy and soft texture in my fries.
But these ones are harder 😏
Depends on the spiralizer attachment, you could totally sub for a thicker side cutter and get extremely similar results albeit larger fries
That’s not based on technique or anything, just the spiralizer that Josh has. Want them thicker? Get a curly fry thing that cuts thicker potatoes
Sorry but Arbys looks a lot better imo. Also, I like Arby's fries because of the different textures and the fact that they aren't all crispy. Buut nice b roll I guess....

I made these fries and wow. I was reliving my younger days eating Rallys fries.. i did make some tweaks because my store didnt have it.. but i used chipotle powder instead of ancho but everythin else was to the T i didnt have a spiral cutter just traditional straight cut here... i had to watch the temp because it drop below 350 but all in all these will be a thing for my house hold thanks !
