If she practiced yes..but there's nothing particularly amazing bout whistling while singing. It just means you can sing really high and use another vocal register...but honestly having a good technique and dominant your normal head, mix and chest registers are all you need to sing.
im not a music genius and i love sunny a lot but i think the problem with her voice is that she can't control her voice well if it's not falsetto/head voice. she could probably hit notes higher than seohyun's and tiffany's but i think there's a problem with her technique? but it's refreshing. im not a fan of big and powerful voices anyway so hers and jess' are my faves. i love the way she sang you don't know love tho.

Ik that...but u have to keep in mind that it's also an onsett. A singer should be able to make their voice airy by choice, and control it. It's to add effect to the singing, so to add emotion. But if your voice is airy all the time, then it might mean you can't make it unairy hence you don't control it well enough and it's unhealthy and overuses the chords

Well it isn't exactly that she has the widest range, it's just that she has shown the widest range so far. Taeyeon hasn't shown a full 3 octaves, Tiffany and Jessica have shown exactly 3, Seohyun slightly more than 3 and Sunny slightly more than Seohyun but they might all have very similar ranges if we sat in front of them with a piano to check.
They definitely know where it is in their range, if that's what you mean. If you've ever sung (even just karaoked LOL) you can hear and feel when you get really high and really low. I don't know if the singers actually know that, say, they're hitting an F4 or something. The better vocalists probably know a little of it at least.

Actually not just her tone. Sica has not achieved resonance and is very inconsistent. Taeyeon has resonant moments and is good in her comfort zone whereas Sica has a nasal placement even in her comfort zone.
an exclamation is a WOW note...like yknow when singers finish singing a note and WOW COME ON, like it's like a quick high pitched yell, oftentimes it's a high musical note, like Ailee in her immortal song vocal range video hits A5 in head voice and right after a B5 exclamation and Josias counted it as part of her range

Mhmm Well, she actually can sing very well in her mix, she had so so so many D5's and they were usually all quite resonant, not perfect but yknow....and her head voice is very controlled and bright

Actually not just her tone. Sica has not achieved resonance and is very inconsistent. Taeyeon has resonant moments and is good in her comfort zone whereas Sica has a nasal placement even in her comfort zone.

an exclamation is a WOW note...like yknow when singers finish singing a note and WOW COME ON, like it's like a quick high pitched yell, oftentimes it's a high musical note, like Ailee in her immortal song vocal range video hits A5 in head voice and right after a B5 exclamation and Josias counted it as part of her range
