Meat in due season! O Father, please send genuine seekers after truth to this site to hear your word of truth so needed for preparation for heaven. Time is running out for this world and many, many are unaware of these sanctifying truths. Give us of your Holy Spirit, Father, to cleanse us, to empower us, to give us courage, wisdom and holy boldness to witness for you. Increase our burden for the salvation of souls we pray in Jesus' precious name. Amen
Just like Judas, from his guilt, threw the 30 pieces of silver back at the leaders because he knew that he had betrayed an innocent man, but yet the damage was done. Judas was still guilty of the crime.
But if he had totally repented, like Peter, he could have received forgiveness & a new start. But his heart wasn't right. Bad decisions do mol entrap us...not that God can't break the chains, however, but our thinking goes awry from listening to the wrong messages (staying out of The Word). So it's on us, not God, who wants only to save us from sin.
@@TheStaffOfLife Jesus knew about Judas from the beginning: “Jesus answered them, “Have not I chosen you twelve, and one of you is a devil?” John 6:70. Judas was sorry he got caught, he wasn’t sorry he betrayed Jesus because Judas never really knew Jesus. He was to busy minding the money bag. (Matthew 26:9 “For this ointment might have been sold for much, and given to the poor.”) Matthew 27:3-10 “Then Judas, which had betrayed him, when he saw that he was condemned, repented himself, and brought again the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and elders, Saying, I have sinned in that I have betrayed the innocent blood. And they said, What is that to us? see thou to that. And he cast down the pieces of silver in the temple, and departed, and went and hanged himself. And the chief priests took the silver pieces, and said, It is not lawful for to put them into the treasury, because it is the price of blood. And they took counsel, and bought with them the potter's field, to bury strangers in. Wherefore that field was called, The field of blood, unto this day. Then was fulfilled that which was spoken by Jeremy the prophet, saying, And they took the thirty pieces of silver, the price of him that was valued, whom they of the children of Israel did value; And gave them for the potter's field, as the Lord appointed me.” John 17:12 “While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled.”

Thank you for your witness, Edith. Never in vain (it's encouraged me).
What was the mark placed on the faithful in Ezekiel 9?
