Okay - this is not want my 40 people want. They want to click on the calendar and choose the actual date. My team does not want to use my form anymore - they want to it the US way as they are 45 yrs and older. They are saying its too hard. The date is the problem.
There are many more things we can validate in Sheets, such as Postal Code, Adresses, and more. Any ideas?

We would have to build the regular expression
I would build one for 2003 to 2009
one for 2002
one for 2010 onwards
