The fact that the audio and video are slightly out of sync is driving me crazy, every play lags behind the commentary. "Wow fatal push?!" *opponent plays fatal push* *LSV future sight intensifies*
Thomas Kim yeah this is very unfortunate. Hearing the player react to things as yet unseen is disorienting. I have observed that in a lot of these kinds of videos they put the audio just slightly ahead of the video, and I can see how that can actually make for a snappier video, but in this case I think it’s by a little too much.
The thing is you actually see things happening in the gamelog before they happen on the battlefield. I don't think this was the case here but it explains why it seems like this is happening in close to every vide.
You can hear the background of him drafting some other cube. With [[High Tide]] in the deck. But there is something else there too. Like theme/opening music to a TV show or video. But that is less consistent to the commentary of another draft. I'm not sure but I feel like I hear another person's voice in it as well but I could be wrong or it could be another layer. Sounds like something that happened with multiple audio files while editing.
I've watched several drafts now and I love how every single time LSV seems surprised by at least a couple wheels and the colors that people snatch up in comparison to him.
In the last game you misread Gideon Jura's ability - it says "during target opponent's NEXT turn", not "until YOUR next turn", which means that on your extra turn you could have kept Baral back and pointed the looter at your opponent. Obviously it didn't matter, but it could have if you hadn't snowballed so hard.
From around 47:00 to 49:00 (and probably longer, but that's when I came down to comment), the same audio is looping about considering Careful Study, something about High Tide, and Cloudskate. It's not that big of a deal, but it is mildly distracting.
Nick Hennessey the way CFB try to make themselves more professional and mould into a company kind of makes it not good enough IMO. Love LSV to death but the audio out of sync in tandem with the background chit chat just disappoints me.
My favorite part was when he decided to fight monowhite by drafting storm in vintage cube, did you wheel the careful study? Edit: he did wheel careful study, that’s good for him.
Lol, what's up with the Elesh Norn thumbnail? Was that a bit of a troll? After all you normally pass the card up while saying it's a good card. This time because of the thumbnail I was wondering if it was somehow going to fit into your deck in the second or third pack, but no spicy Elesh cigar, hahahaha.
I think watery grave was a better pick because of the light number of blue players censor probably would will and then u have a decent black splash for lingering souls and the silly dragon later
The worst part, and honestly the only part I don't like, about having longer videos is having them get progressively further and further off when the audio isn't totally synced

It's really common on this channel too.

LSV is such a fan of value he gave us a 2 for 1 by playing another cube in the background of this one.
Am I losing my mind or can you hear another LSV video in the background? 46:13 you can clearly hear him playing Gush.
if blue wasn't a color in magic, LSV wouldn't play.
anyone else hearing someone else talking in the background?
THE BATLORD pretty sure he was watching vsl or something while recording
THE BATLORD it sounds like it's himself I. The back round drafting vintage cube.
No, I guess there must be voices in your head.

Super annoying. Disliked for that reason
"Supreme will is like normal will but with sour cream and tomatoes."

Favorite words on CFB video title: LSV and Cube draft
Is there a different video playing in the background
Sounds like he is watching Magic on the side, almost sounded a bit like Cheon & Himself doing commentary?
I've watched several drafts now and I love how every single time LSV seems surprised by at least a couple wheels and the colors that people snatch up in comparison to him.
oh lord that final temporal mastery was insane!!!
The other commentary in the background is slightly to highly annoying :(
My audio was slightly ahead of the video so it sounded like lsv was telling the future
Blue white cheons!
Why is it all of LSV's vids have delayed video compared to the audio?
lukas kaune it's exctually in sync but lsv is just so good at the game he is able to predict what is going to happen.
During the extra turn at 1:08:38, Gideon’s ability no longer applies, meaning you could’ve hit them with Looter and left Baral back.
That noise during round 2 though
I'm not unhappy to see a LSV Cube Draft... but I do now really have a hankering to do some cube drafts.

hey right on time ;D
16:13 Man, that 10-15 seconds is savage. Poor opponent.

Audio is not in sync... again. :(
what percentage of time will LSV draft a cube and not play blue? (serious question)
My favorite part was when he decided to fight monowhite by drafting storm in vintage cube, did you wheel the careful study?
Edit: he did wheel careful study, that’s good for him.
Is there like a Cheon video playing in the background?
Welcome to another Modern veedi- oops wrong player
lsv are you watching the pro tour in the background :)
Yuusha Gamer nope it's a different video of himself.
i see lsv, i click
Never because we are boring, uncreative people
I can never make it through LSV's videos bc he's always slurping some drink through the whole thing
r3 after you mise the time walk you can loot the next turn and leave back the baral instead of swinging them both into gideon.
I would have taken the Unburial Rites first time around and gotten the Griz
that is one ridiculous Ajani Goldmane turn
Why let that bedlam reveler resolve ?
Misleading Elesh Norn thumbnail is misleading.
Why didn't he play cloudskate game 1?
Perfect timing

That missed blade splicer precursor wombo combo :(
Skating on thin ice
I was falsely motivated to do productive things all day by the promise of playing a modern cube that wasn't on mtgo when I was done...
I think watery grave was a better pick because of the light number of blue players censor probably would will and then u have a decent black splash for lingering souls and the silly dragon later
That final game was really disgusting.
xxx
This deck was pretty much ready to go after pack 2 wtf
glow in the dark mage???
9 lands to 3 spells that last game of round 2....
Geez, a two month turn around from recording to upload.
The worst part, and honestly the only part I don't like, about having longer videos is having them get progressively further and further off when the audio isn't totally synced
Dungeon geeeeests
this first game
Didn't have to attack gideon with looter and could have looted.
The goose
Left a dislike due to video lag compared to audio and for random audio in the background :(
Guyst not geest, basic german
