It is great to have a company like Aravaipa here in the valley that puts on so many great races year round. And to have this amazing content just adds to the enjoyment. Thanks to Jamil, the Coury family and the Aravaipa crew for all they do to support all levels of runners out there!
It bums me out that this race was basically the end of Tim Freriks being competitive.... or at least let's hope it was the beginning of a long hard period for him before he bounces back in 2020.

I can not lie ... I hate outdoor videos and ultra videos with music soundtracks ... I want to hear the environment that I am watching. The music is a complete irritating distraction ... maybe have 2 versions ... real sound and sound track?

It definitely could be. Forecast has been all over the place but will likely see some rain next week. We are monitoring and working with BLM already.

I think Eric should have finished even if he was way back. It's like he ether wand 1st or 2nd or nothing . That's bad running.
In the interview at 30:10 he claims he would have had to walk the second half and was feeling sick from the start.
