Missed the live transmission but had a few questions for the panel: Do seasonal allergies like hay fever which presumably increase inflammation increase PD progression? I am a sufferer and not only does it increase PD symptoms but affects cognition giving me lethargy and brain fog. Second question - is a rise in CRP a measure of acute or chronic peripheral inflammation? Would a rise in CRP be associated with corresponding rise in TNF and interleukins? Thanks!
It would be interesting to hear panelists' thoughts about autophagy in the brain, and the ways to facilitate it, i.e. by fasting. Thx.
