Was not able to get my hands on a X1, nobody was getting one in 😒 but I managed to get my hands on a X3 and upgrade the suspension to Fox performance elite fork and shock.
you went overboard with losing weight on your bike. giant reign frame 29 alu bends in the hands. it is not stiff. The rear triangle tubes are so thin they buckle from the seat itself and it's scary to ride on it. the quality and strength of the frame decreased

Derailleur is misaligned.Since the rear wheel comes assembled I would have expected better.Assembly instructions poorly written, but that was not unexpected...just annoying.I just had the bike checked at a shop and was told that I should contact the seller about getting a whole rear wheel assembly with cartridge. (The bike shop could not do anything to help me).Not a good experience with this bike, so lesson learned.Added 3 stars for excellent customer serviceUpdate Sept 8 2020Just received a complete replacement wheel for free. Great service and an otherwise fine bike.
Somebody needs to come up with something new, edits are all the same these days... that shot of the trees from the drone is nearly as boring as watching someone pat down the jumps with a spade

I have 2018 Giant Reign 1 in neon red color and 2015 Giant Anthem in Grey color and a Gaint Glory 2018 in red. Giant is the best
