As far as the traffic is concerned. Once the diamond diverging overpass has been completed at Williams and I-35, they'll be doing one at University Ave and I-35. They've already expanded University Ave just down the road a smidge from the Wolf Lakes development. I suspect that it will eventually happen in front of Wolf Lakes too. I also think they'll eventually expand the road that divides Wolf Lakes and the housing development behind it and all the way to the Rivery. With all those homes and apartments they'll have to.
