Great routine. My morning is pretty similar. I would suggest doing the cold shower as soon as you wake up. It helps you wake up and be more focus for work after.

It doesn't matter how early wake up, we still have to sleep. Even if you wake up at 2, you still have to sleep at minimum 7 hours.
