Quick fact, you're always breathing in mold because it's in the air around us
True but this is not about kids breathing the mold but putting the toy in their mouths. The kids can fill it up with water and squirt the stream by squeezing the toy into their mouth or face.
Our lungs has its immunity for them 😂

Well at least in dirty places. There is not enough in the air we breathe to make us sick. What is really gross In my apartment basement you can literally smell mold clearly and it is very VERY strong.
I breath 10 pounds of black mold everyday
when I was little I had a LPS with a hole and I could squeeze water out of it and I sqwerted water into my mouth and watching this..... I'M INFECTED!

buy new toys, use glue to fill the holes so that water can't get inside in the first place and you'll never have to replace your toys again.

I don't understand the video. Who doesn't clean bath toys?? You always need to clean them and the mold will never get into them if you clean properly.
Hey lovelyxskinny. No matter how much you clean bath toys, the water can't get out all of the way if they are like mine with the one tiny hole. If water stays in there it will mold eventually :) We've since switched bath toys :D
The point is that with toys that have holes , you can never get all the water out and that's what creates the toxic mold . There's no need to try to make this person out to be someone that doesn't clean her kids toys . PAY ATTENTION ! !! Amanda Schaller is only trying to get information out to people just like you ,... who apperantly don't even know that certain toys can easily become very toxic for children and even pets .(ex: dog's who have squeeze /squeecky toys and they get washed ,.. same danger) So instead of being a jerk ,... why wouldn't you just say thank you for that information .

There's different types of mold first of all . If you live in a home where there's a lot of humidity or where there's been water damage that hasn't been cleaned properly , mold eill grow (looks like black stains) . Doesn't mean you'll 'die' but you can become very sick and it can affect your life forever . When we put toys in children's baths or wash our pets squeaky toy's , water gets inside and because of the way the toy is made . Then when the child / pet play's with it the left over water can go into their mouths (kids put toys in their mouth too).Here's a link to a reliable source for information on toxic mold that can be helpful if you're interested .

Ok so i have this toy fish that I got in 3rd grade and it's a bath toy and it's really special to me should I cut it open to see if there's any mold in it???

Ciara Meeks if you can see any dark spots when you hold it over a light, I highly advise you get rid of it or cut it open. If you don't see anything, then there is a high chance that it will be alright.

I kind of wish I cut open the bath toys we had for daughter just to see what it looked like inside. I noticed the black chunks in the water one time I was sooooo disgusted and I just threw them right in the garbage. I'll never buy any other water toys that can't be dried out completely... My 2 have just as much fun with buckets and face cloths lol :P

I had those fish toys when I was little and I knew there was mold in them, I played with them I front of my mom and I saw mold squirt out when I squeezed them, and I turned out fine!!!!

I had a bath toy duck for 9 years (now I'm 10) and I cut it open a while ago and you could see no color but mold. (I cut it open on video and it is up on my channel)
