I’m a Brit also and followed the Cowboys for over thirty years. I did this tour a couple of years ago and loved every moment. We didn’t do the guided tour and could take our time wandering around. We could hear the guides talking anyway, so got some info. Being able to walk into the pitch/field like you said was amazing.
I lived in Arlington (where the stadium is) and I remember going 2 times when I was a baby, the first was in an open door training and the second in a Monster Trucks show, A few months before moving to Mexico it was the Super Bowl XLV, I couldn't go but I remember seeing it with my family.
I was at the 50 yard line when Emmitt broke the rushing record. I’ve never been to a winning cowboys game, nor a game in the new stadium. I just moved down the street from the stadium from Louisiana. I’m so excited for the season

I finally got round to watch this video and WOOW... What A Ground! As for walking on the pitch it does help it's astro turf as real grass would cut up badly with many people walking on it. Might have to give that place a cheeky visit although I first want to go to Atlanta's ground and LA's legendary ground
Yeah, it's probably the best tour I did - shame they don't allow you to film it. I had plans to go to the ones in Atlanta, but Donald stopped me from coming.
I'm a Giants fan from Toronto but this might be the coolest place I've ever been to. No pictures or videos do it justice. Most stadiums and arenas are smaller than they seem in pictures but somehow this place is even bigger
the stadium is in arlington texas, a sub city in the DFW. it’s actually out of the way from downtown and my friend has a house literally next to it. kind of a pain to go there now but it was cool watching it be built and the area changing so much over the years

Even though I am a jets fan from New York you have to go see Lambeau field in Green Bay Wisconsin the people are really nice and the stadium has so much history plus the bars in the surrounding area are amazing

I’m really late to this but the Indianapolis Colts Lucas Oil Stadium, actually lets you go onto the field as well. But it really depends on which day you go cause Lucas Oil is a multi facility.
Unless they are having some event in the process of being setup, nearly all studiums with turf will let you walk around on it. I was at AT&T for a coaches clinic that lasted all day and they were preparing the floor for some country music concert that would be there 2 days later. The floor was unrecognisable with it being changed out for a concert.

AT&T stadium is worth the trip for sure. I don't know about the other two as they weren't built when I did this stadium tour, but I'll consider doing them too!
Arlington itself is just like any other city, but with a giant theme park, a giant ballpark and a giant football stadium. I'm sure you'll find plenty of nightly entertainment like bars, restaurants and stuff. Things you'd typically find in a modern city.
The field is the end of the tour - you can stay on the field as long as you like within reason, but I think once you've booted a football and taken a few pictures, the novelty wears off quite quickly. I think I was on the field for about 15 - 20 minutes to soak it all in before I went. I did this tour years ago, so it might have changed since then? Hope that helps?

I don't understand why Pepsi, and not Keurig Dr. Pepper, provides the soft drinks here. KDP's Dr Pepper Snapple Group division is based in nearby Plano, and I think they, as a local company, should provide the soft drinks to AT&T Stadium, and all other major DFW sports venues. I know Pepsi is an official NFL sponsor, but not every NFL stadium sells Pepsi products. Some sell Coke products instead.
I don’t *CARE* how awesome that stadium looks. I’m *DONE* with the Dallas Cowboys. No matter how close they get to seeing a 6th Lombardi trophy, let alone touching it, they always manage to do the same thing: *THEY CHOKE!!!!* They couldn’t even get passed the 49ers in the NFC Wild Card game. They’ll never go back to the Super Bowl, and they’ll eventually have an 0-16 season. The Dallas Cowboys are America’s Team No More. In fact, if I go to a Cowboys game, I’ll wear a paper bag over my head, with those exact words. I’ll even have the “famous” blue star behind a 🚫.
Dude, any one of those playoff teams could have won the Super Bowl this year. The fact that its the Bungles (the Bungles!) and Rams that made the dance is the least anyone expected. I wouldn't give up on the 'boys just yet. It's disappointing yes, but they have the right pieces in place. They look good for the immediate future.

I'm honestly not sure? Ours was a guided tour too and at the end of the tour, they just let you on the field. They might have changed it, but I can't see why as that's the coolest part!

I know Pepsi is an official NFL sponsor, but not every NFL stadium sells Pepsi products. Some sell Coke products instead.

I don’t *CARE* how awesome that stadium looks. I’m *DONE* with the Dallas Cowboys. No matter how close they get to seeing a 6th Lombardi trophy, let alone touching it, they always manage to do the same thing: *THEY CHOKE!!!!* They couldn’t even get passed the 49ers in the NFC Wild Card game. They’ll never go back to the Super Bowl, and they’ll eventually have an 0-16 season. The Dallas Cowboys are America’s Team No More. In fact, if I go to a Cowboys game, I’ll wear a paper bag over my head, with those exact words. I’ll even have the “famous” blue star behind a 🚫.

I'm honestly not sure? Ours was a guided tour too and at the end of the tour, they just let you on the field. They might have changed it, but I can't see why as that's the coolest part!
