Mualani teams have more DPS at low and high investment than Neuvillette. But he is touted as the best DPS because of how consistent and easy he is to play. Alhaitham is pretty damn consistent as well. I'd keep the top 5 DPS units in S then everyone else in A and below.

There are people who have relegated him to tier A, I agree that Mualani is a little stronger than him but taking him out of tier S is crazy.
