I just want to thank you personally for this. I was on a flight delayed 14 hours with family before a vacation, angry and exhausted, but watching this brightened our day. So thank you for that.
You know what really grinds my gears? That there aren't more of these. I think I've seen everyone of these videos in existence. Plenty of stuff to talk about.
I drove my first major road trip in years after always flying. It's way more comfortable and relaxing! Didn't have to hear a sub-sonic wind for 5 hours, there was always scenery, and I find controlling a car at high speeds for hours to be soothing.
And don't forget about kids repeatedly kicking in back of your seat really hard when have a temper tantrum or just to annoy you when your sleeping or just want to look at the FREAKING SKY!!!

As an airport employee, here is a good tip to avoid long security and checkin lines: If you are traveling on a short/medium haul flight: book a flight that leave between 8pm and 12 am. No one flies domestically at that time due to how humans schedule their day. I start work at 9 pm and im always flabbergasted at how empty the terminal is at that time, even during huge holidays. Long haul international flights depend on the airport, sometimes it's less busy in the morning but it's very hirt or miss.
Damn, that would also grind my gears so much, some small-minded control freak who keeps the shade on a plane window closed. The single distinguishing thing of being on a plane.
Then there's the in-flight entertainment. Back in the day, you'd get a tv built into the seat in front of you. Now airlines use streaming services and expect you to bring your own device. Like, I already used up 40% of my phone's battery in the terminal. Now I have to stretch it out over a five hour flight like it's my last meal on a remote island?! And that's what grinds my gears.
There are actually private flights you can charter for about the same price as an economy seat on commercial flights,. No TSA. No Security. You can show up 20 minutes before departure. You just gotta find the good deals.

Hate that awkwardness from sitting next to some stranger I never met. It's like being on a public bus but your sitting next to that person for several hours. Even worse when the person is foreign and you can't understand what their saying but they insist on holding a conversation with you.

I had some harrowing experiences on a flight once. I was going to Texas with my dad, and we booked the window seat for me. So what could possibly go wrong? Well, this young woman who I don’t know asks me to move from that seat, since apparent _she_ was the one who had that seat. There was a little bit of complications at first, but ultimately I had to move. Then she put in her headphones and just dozed off. To that lady, I hope you step on a Lego. >:(

The seats on aircraft are designed for the average passenger weight of 170 lbs in the 80s.
mean you could just drive. it takes longer and you feel tired afterwards but you get to see a lot more and you dont feel like your gonna die.
